PACE 2 Go is for those who have been referred to a McMaster PACE community program, but are not interested in becoming an in-person member. Now you can get an exercise prescription tailored specifically to your unique abilities and goals with this new service option. PACE eligibility requirements will apply.
There are three options to choose from:
PACE 2 Go – Physiotherapy
- Ideal for folks who have extended healthcare coverage for physiotherapy or would prefer to spend each appointment with a registered physiotherapist
- Initial Assessment: $120 (60mins) – $180 (90 mins)
- Follow Up 30 min physiotherapy appointment + 30 min program creation: $150
- Follow Up 60 min physiotherapy appointment: $150
PACE 2 Go – Physiotherapy/Kinesiology combined
- Ideal for folks who may not have extended healthcare coverage for physiotherapy but would prefer to have an assessment with a registered physiotherapist
- Initial Assessment: $120 (60mins) – $180 (90 mins)
- Follow Up 30 min kinesiology appointment + 30 min program creation: $100
- Follow Up 60 min kinesiology appointment: $100
PACE 2 Go – Kinesiology
- Ideal for folks who do not have extended healthcare coverage for physiotherapy and are happy to spend each appointment with one of our registered kinesiologists
- Initial Assessment: $100 (60mins) – $150 (90 mins)
- Follow Up 30 min kinesiology appointment + 30 min program creation: $100
- Follow Up 60 min kinesiology appointment: $100

Marianne is a Registered Physiotherapist with a special interest in balance and mobility training. She has led balance exercise classes at PACE for over three years. The classes are now being adapted for our new COVID-19 reality.
Julia is a Registered Kinesiologist and CSEP-Certified Exercise Physiologist with a special interest in improving physical function and quality of life among older adults and individuals living with chronic disease or disability.
Paula is a Registered Kinesiologist who has extensive experience with PACE’s main-gym programs: MacSeniors, MacCardiac Rehab, and MacWarriors. Paula recently completed the Cancer Exercise Trainer course through the American College of Sports Medicine to further her understanding of the role of exercise in cancer rehabilitation
