What:
A free 4-week pilot program offering adaptive, engaging activities designed to support children with disabilities in building confidence, physical skills, and a lifelong love for movement. This program aims to develop and enhance physical literacy and is a collaboration with the Hamilton Accessible Sports Council (HASC), financially supported by the Canadian Tire Jumpstart Community Development Grant.
- Saturday Skill Development: Grades K–6
- Sunday Climbing: Ages 8–18
Capacity:
- Saturday: 40 continuous spots available for all 4 weeks
- Sunday: 15 spots each week on a first-come, first-served basis
When:
- Saturdays: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM (November 9, 16, 23, 30)
- Sundays: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM (November 10, 17, 24)
Where:
- Saturdays: East Auxiliary Gym, McMaster University
- Sundays: Altitude Climbing Gym, David Braley Athletic Centre (DBAC)
