How We Can Help
Our registered kinesiologists offer customized exercise consultation and prescription, catering to individuals of all fitness levels. We offer the following services:
Customized Exercise Plans: Based on your assessment, our kinesiologists will create a comprehensive exercise plan that includes strength training, cardiovascular exercises, flexibility routines, and more. Exercise plans are crafted to enhance your functional abilities, improve overall fitness, and prevent future injuries.
One-on-One Exercise Guidance: Enjoy personalized attention during your sessions, where our kinesiologists provide detailed instructions, monitor form, and adjust exercises as needed to ensure maximum benefit and safety.
Progress Tracking: Community members may schedule regular follow-ups and progress evaluations to help stay on track with their fitness journey. Ask us about our body composition scans, and comprehensive fitness assessments using a nationally recognized and research-validated ‘Senior Fitness Test’!
Education and Empowerment: Beyond the exercises, our consultations include valuable education on body mechanics, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications. We empower you with the knowledge and skills to maintain your health and fitness independently.
Registered Kinesiology Fees
Kinesiology Fees:
30-minutes: $50
45-minutes: $75
60-minutes: $100
Payments can be made by Visa, Mastercard or Debit.
These fees may be reimbursable by extended heath plans that cover Registered Kinesiology. Check with your insurance company for further details.
Cancellations
Please call the PACE Reception Desk to notify us If you are no longer able to attend your scheduled kinesiology appointment. No shows and cancellations without at least 48 hours‘ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
