The PACE 2 Go package offers a fully personalized exercise program tailored to your unique abilities, goals, and comfort level. Our experienced physiotherapists work closely with you to create a customized plan that you can confidently follow at home or in any gym setting.
This service is eligible for reimbursement under extended health plans that include physiotherapy coverage.

Includes:
- Initial Assessment (60 minutes)
- Follow-up (30-minute 1:1 physiotherapy session + 30-minute program update)
After completion, you will receive a digital and/or physical copy of your personalized exercise program.
Additional physiotherapy sessions can be booked through the PACE reception desk.
