Sharlene is the Community Coordinator and Consulting Kinesiologist for the McMaster Physical Centre for Excellence
Sharlene Louden is the Program Coordinator for all of PACE - MacCardiac, MacSeniors, MacWheelers, MSFITT, & MacWarriors. She has been working in the health and fitness field for over 16 years, and has a lot of experience in a management position.
Working together with our staff and students, Sharlene coordinates and enhances the relationship between community programs, undergraduate and graduate student placements, & Kinesiology research.
Sharlene is a Registered Kinesiologist, holds a B.A. in Kinesiology, and is a certified fitness, pilates, soccer, gymnastics, and squash instructor (NCCP Level 1).
