Jessica is a Program Assistant and Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist at the Physical Activity Centre of Excellence.
Jessica's involvement with PACE began during her undergraduate studies in Kinesiology at McMaster. After volunteering with the MacWheelers and MacCardiac programs, she began working as a Student Program Assistant with many of the community programs at PACE. Jessica is now a Kinesiology graduate and has continued her studies to become certified by the ACSM as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist. Jessica works to improve health outcomes through a combination of risk assessment and exercise prescription among clients with chronic disease and disability.
